We Offer Free Delivery for Orders over £350 to our Local arear, By putting your postcode in on the cart page you can find out how much delivery would cost . You can also collect from our Warehouse anytime
Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm. ( Closed for lunch 12.30 to 1.15pm )
For areas outside of our local area we use Royal Mail for small items and carriers for larger items. Most items are delivered within 3 working days, however through busy times can take a little longer.
We would advise you to order items well in advance of any fitting dates so that you have time to check the item, We can not be he responsible for any late deliveries. All large orders are kerbside delivery only.
In some cases with larger/heavy items Customers would need to assist the driver with unloading. The driver will endeavor to get the items as close as possible to your home, but will be under no obligation to help unload and are not insured to enter your home. You may also be left with a pallet to dispose of.
Someone will need to be present at the address to safely receive and sign for the delivery. Please check the delivery thoroughly, if you suspect any damage you must note it on the drivers paperwork before signing, then inform us of the issue on the same day by phone or email.
